Data collected. What you enter in the site's forms (identity, contact details, town or project address, the content of your request) and the page you write from. No data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose and legal basis. Handling and answering your request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, for follow-up, legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

Recipients. The people in charge of handling requests within the JR group and the group company concerned by your request. Your data is never sold or passed on.

Processors. Requests are stored in HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), a customer-relationship tool, in a data centre located in the European Union. HubSpot acts on our behalf under a data-processing agreement compliant with GDPR article 28; any access from the United States is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. A copy of each request is sent to JR-Suite, the JR group's internal sales-tracking tool, hosted in France. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.

Retention. Three years after our last exchange, then deletion.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and instructions regarding your data after death. To exercise them: marie.garachon@jrenergieconseil.com, or by post to the controller's address. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies and without identifying visitors. A single technical cookie remembers your language choice (see the “Cookies” section below).

The website sets a single, strictly technical cookie: it remembers the language you chose (French or English) for one year. It contains no personal data, is not used to track you and does not require your consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

The website links to the websites of the group's companies and of its partner RelyEZ. The publisher has no control over the content of those websites and cannot be held liable for it.

This website is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office shall be competent.
